Randy came over to visit on New Year’s Eve and he brought soft pretzels to share. They were delicious so we asked for the recipe. He said he used Alton Brown’s Soft Pretzel Recipe. Today we made our second batch.
It’s pretty easy, especially for two people working together it goes fast. So delicious. These will have to become a staple food in our house. Just started an album:
About once a week Mike makes a fresh load of homemade bread. I eat most of it. As toast. I love toast.
